An Australian-owned financial services organisation engaged Progressional during a period of rapid and high-impact change. Shifts in strategy and operating structure resulted in several senior executives being impacted across the business. Given the pace and sensitivity of the change, executive career transition support needed to be mobilised immediately and delivered in a way that balanced commercial realities with care for individuals.
People and Culture required a trusted partner who could respond quickly, provide tailored senior executive support and offer visibility of progress without compromising confidentiality.
