An international logistics organisation with operations across multiple global regions was preparing to deliver a leadership development agenda for its local leadership team. As the business moved towards a new strategic direction, leaders were required to operate with greater alignment, collaboration and consistency across business units that had traditionally worked in silos.
While capability existed across the leadership group, there was a clear need to strengthen shared understanding, improve cross-functional relationships and establish common ways of working. An additional complexity presented as traditionally there had been resistance to moving to a more integrated, streamlined approach. The organisation sought a development partner who could combine group-based learning with personalised executive coaching, ensuring the work translated into real behavioural change that was visible to the rest of the business, rather than remaining theoretical.
Progressional partnered with the organisation to design and deliver an integrated leadership development program over a six-month period.

The combination of group development and individual coaching created momentum and supported sustained behavioural change across the leadership cohort.
Leaders grew in confidence and self-awareness, collaboration improved and cross-functional relationships strengthened. The organisation moved towards a more aligned and connected operating rhythm, better positioned to deliver on its evolving strategic objectives. The impact and future direction of support was reviewed during the program and shared with the organisation’s human resources team to assess the effectiveness of the initiatives.
