The People Behind Progressional
We’re united in our commitment to support people to thrive.
Our Founders have spent their careers in the worlds of career transition services, executive recruitment, leadership development, education and executive coaching, creating pathways for people and organisations to grow, reinvent, evolve and excel. They, and all the members of our coaching team, bring an authentic human lens, practical guidance and real-world experience.
Adam has spent his entire career within people oriented sectors in service of others. From leadership development, facilitation and coaching, to executive recruitment and running social enterprises in mental health and wellbeing. This blend of expertise has profoundly shaped how he works today, helping people navigate change with confidence and a focus on life, not just careers.
Adam Kurdas
Conce’s career spans education, engineering, innovation, business improvement and program leadership, along with years spent in executive recruitment. She’s a walking example of career evolution and one who brings a rare and valuable mix of detail, curiosity and humanity to how she supports people to make meaningful change.
Conce Ferraro
Paul is an experienced entrepreneur, founder, director and coach with a love for connecting people to each other and to opportunity. A Founder and Board Member of Six Degrees Executive, he’s widely regarded as one of Australia’s most connected professionals, focused on supporting people to achieve growth in work and life.
