Progressional Pty Ltd (Progressional) manages personal information in accordance

committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals and does not collect personal 

or sensitive information unless it is necessary for the performance of our tasks or functions.

Personal information that we collect, and hold is information that is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of our functions and activities as an outplacement and executive coaching organisation. Due to the nature of our interaction and the

  • Your strengths assessment via Strengths Profile TM via Cappfinity
  • Your resume
  • Feedback you provide via surveys
  • A compilation of notes about meetings and conversations
  • Information provided about you from your employer (past or current)
  • Information about the organisation, restructuring processes and other such activities.

Progressional collects this information in order to: 

  • Provide you with outplacement and or executive coaching and associated services for you or people your organisation requires services for (as part of outplacement or otherwise).

We may share this information with:

  • Sources, as outlined in the Progressional Privacy Policy.

If you choose not to provide information of the type listed above:  

  • We may be limited in our ability to support your growth and development as part of our services
  • We may be limited in our ability to provide your organisation with outplacement and coaching services 
  • We may be limited in our ability to support your growth and development of the individuals you have nominated to receive our services (career and otherwise).
